Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation and Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and translate client briefs into innovative and compelling 3D retail design concepts which strongly communicate the brand ethos and key propositions on display.
• Design Development: Create detailed 3D renderings, sketches, and mood boards to visually communicate design concepts and aesthetic direction. As part of this ability to shape and create graphics which support 3d elements are key.
• Space Planning: Develop comprehensive spatial layouts and floor plans that optimise traffic flow, enhance product visibility, and maximise retail space efficiency.
• Material and Finish Selection: Curate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with brand aesthetics, durability requirements, and budget constraints.
• Prototyping and Visualisation: Produce high-quality physical or digital prototypes and virtual walkthroughs to provide clients with realistic previews of proposed designs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, development designers, and account managers, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Client Engagement: Present design concepts and project updates to clients, digest feedback, and incorporate revisions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Trend Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail design to continuously innovate and inspire the design process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, product design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of retail projects.
• Proficiency in 3DS Max modelling software and Vray rendering software.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphical execution/creation and presentation purposes.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand marketing strategies.\
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and creativity.
